95% Sangiovese, 5%, Colorino
Vinified by using grapes from the best areas of Chianti, the fruits come primarily from the Rufina region.
Intense, ruby red colour. Structured and concentrated wine, it shows scents of little red berries and flowers as typical of Sangiovese, yet with lively acidity. Medium to full bodied red with intense red and black cherry tones.
Produced for early drinkability: however, this Chianti can be cellared for a few years. It marries with grilled meat, “Ribollita Toscana”, young Pecorino cheese very well.
