Creating Drinks Biscuits has been a lifelong journey for The Drinks Bakery founder Andy Murray. “It all started with my parents. My mum and dad were foodies back in the 70s, before it was cool!” Andy says. “Every summer, we’d take our campervan on a culinary adventure around Europe. Wherever we stopped for the night, my parents would always match their aperitif with what the locals were eating. That respect for local flavours and matching with drinks was always part of our family DNA”.

The Drinks Bakery was featured on “Dragons’ Den” in 2018. Founder Andy Murray and his Drinks Biscuits so impressed Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones that they secured investments from both Dragons. This endorsement is testament to the exceptional quality and unique appeal of our hand-baked Drinks Biscuits.

These Mature Cheddar Cheese. It’s made in a family run dairy on the East coast of Scotland and is a joy to the tastebuds. A classic fruity and sharp, traditionally made with an earthy whiff of farmyard. These cheddar cheese biscuits deliciously pair with lager beer, amber ale or a chunky Malbec. By adding some sweet smoked paprika we accentuate the fruitiness of the cheddar cheese and bring some smoke to the party.
