Description
Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Aragonez
From the Setúbal Peninsula, located south of Lisbon city, on the Atlantic coastline.
Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with controlled temperature at 23ºC.
Named after the small kingfisher resident in the estuary by the vineyards.
Super-fresh, cinnamon-warm strawberry fruit with light tannins.
Serve between 16 and 18ºC. Goes well with red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or medium-strength cheeses.
