20 to 40 year old vines grown on clay-limestone soil. This specific terroir is an important factor as it gives the wine a long ageing period and finesse.
Expressive with dominant aroma of white fruits (vine peaches) supported by notes of fresh almonds and acacia flowers.
Elegant and long, with flavours of citrus and roasted hazelnuts on the finish.
Food Pairing
Roasted asparagus in butter with a mousseline sauce or roast chicken with a lemongrass jus.
