A full, medium to fine, persistent mousse, rising quickly to create a good crown.
The nose is fine, complex and expressive, and in the palate the mousse is rich and the finish shows elegant notes of ageing.
Serve well chilled, between 6° and 8° C, ideally in a fluted or tulip shaped glass.
