DWS was delighted to co-host a wonderful Gourmet wine dinner last Friday at Raffles Restaurant in the Templeton Hotel.

Chef Ivan O`Neill created some of the most adventurous and flavoursome dishes that Neal McAlindon and Jonathan Campbell of DWS had tasted in quite a while.

Sous Vide Pork Fillet, Red Cabbage, Seared Scallops, Leeks & Raisins, Fondant Potato
with Château Correnson Côtes du Rhône Tradition (Rhône, France)

with Coto de Hayas Moscatel ( Campo de Borja, Spain)

As the newly installed wine supplier to the Templeton Hotel (after a break of 11 years!), it was wonderful to work alongside this great institution again.
