A fruity expression of this variety; the wine opens with a dark colour profile with plenty of blackberries and black plums. Notes of caramelization of marron glacé and rosehip. Fresh acidity and flavours reminiscent of berries and black pepper. Ceraso is an elegant wine, persistent thanks to its minerality.

Pairing It accompanies all dishes with strong flavours, especially medium and mature cheeses,  grilled meat and fish.
