Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth (50cl)

Regal Rogue Daring Dry is led by savoury and light salty notes creating an umami finish.

Marrying a grassy Orange, NSW, Organic Sauvignon Blanc with native Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Native Thyme and followed by white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper. This gives an earthy, salty and very herbaceous character.

Additional flavour notes: Pairs with Caper berries, Olives, Pickles, Cucumber, Thyme, Oregano, Sage.

Style: Extra-dry. 25gms sugar per litre.

Regal Rogue works best as the base ingredient (a wine based alternative to Gin) in a 3-step serve with a mixer, seasonal fruit and herb or spice. Alternatively, it’s perfect for making vermouth-led ‘Reverse classic’ cocktails where you use Regal Rogue as the leading ingredient, instead of the spirit, for a more rounded less punchy classic cocktail.

DRIPPING WET MARTINI
Use 1:1 Regal Rogue Daring Dry with vodka or a dry gin to create a well-rounded Martini.

3-STEP APERITIF
50ml Regal Rogue Daring Dry, Indian Tonic, a caper berry or olive, sprig of thyme. Serve over ice in a highball.
