Mead is the world’s oldest alcoholic drink. It is made from fermented honey and dates back at least 9,000 years.

Our meads are refreshingly different and versatile, either served on their own or as a lovely, light alternative to wine when paired with food or in a range of cocktails to delight the senses.

Wild Red Mead
A melomel style mead where the pure honey is fermented with fruit. Packed full of flavour, it balances the tartness of Wexford blackcurrants with sweetness from dark cherries with a silky smooth finish. Off Dry.

Serve: Enjoy on its own at room temperature.
Cocktail: Mulled Mead, gently warmed, gently spiced. Wild Red Mead, cinnamon stick, star anise and honey.
Food Pairing: Great paired with roast duck and Cumberland sauce, wonderful with sticky barbecue ribs, strong cheese or rich, dark chocolate.
