The Tollot cousins, Nathalie, Jean-Paul and Olivier run this Chorey-lès-Beaune-based house. They only produce ‘domaine’ wines drawing from 24 hectares of vines found in the communes of Chorey, Beaune, Savigny and Aloxe.
The wines remain respectful to their origins while sharing characteristic spicy, toasty and cherry fruit flavours.
Elegant with a fresh strawberry, raspberry, cranberry and cherries shining through. Well balanced with excellent length.
