From more than 40 years-old gobelet-trained vines. Aged on fine lees for five months with bâtonnage in vats.
Intense and clean on the nose, with a strong aroma of the traditional Verdejo wines, fennel, undergrowth. Very harmonious and balanced. Fat and long on the palate, with structure and a long finish. It is very mellow.
Try with rice, pasta, fish and white meat.
Serving Temperature: 8 – 10 ºC.
