Description
Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
Vineyards planted in the 1990’s.
A fruity and aromatic wine. The aromas evoke citrus fruits over a background of white flowers and a balsamic note reminiscent of mint. On the palate, it has a crisp and refreshing citrus acidity.
This wine goes very well with fish dishes and raw, steamed or grilled shellfish. It also pairs perfectly with rice.
Serving Temperature: 8 – 10 ºC.
