Aged on the lees for 2 month. Straw yellow with a tinge of green. Aroma of ripe golden apple and apricot with notes of chamomile. Fresh and well balanced on the palate, with an almond aftertaste which is characteristic of the Garganega variety.
This Soave pairs well with light antipasti, delicate dishes such as tagliolini with shrimp or seafood risotto as well as fish entrées such as seabass and crab.
