40% Grenache, 30% Carignan, 30% Syrah
One of the best Côtes du Rhône we have tried for the price in a long time. Layered aromas of blueberry, blackberry, plum, and lifted notes of violets and a hint of black pepper. Very smooth and persistent. Richly textured, smooth, warm, but well balanced.
Serve at 16 – 17C
Try with grilled or roasted meats, cured meat, pizza or mushroom risotto
