FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

“Food without wine is a corpse; wine without food is a ghost; united and well matched they are as body and soul, living partners.” Andre Simon (1877-1970)

Have you ever tasted wine or orange juice just after you’ve cleaned your teeth? Then you’ll know it’s not a pleasant experience.

Join us in Direct Wine Shipments as we explore how different wines match, or don’t with certain foods. We’ll find out why some pairings are a match made in heaven & why some are a real struggle. Why do some wines bring out the best in food and vice versa. How our taste affects what we eat/drink?

Book now for a fun evening tasting wine with a variety of food, and deciding which combinations make the best partners.
