Domaine de Cristia is situated in Courthézon in the Châteauneuf du Pape area of the Rhône Valley.
It has been run by the Grangeon family since 1942 and produces the classic white and red wines of the Rhône.
During a recent visit Danny Millar was inspired to create a 4 course menu to pair with the Cristia wines.
