We offer FREE delivery throughout Northern Ireland on mixed cases of 12 bottles or more. Orders below 12 bottles will incur a £7.99 delivery charge.

Mainland UK Delivery

We now offer delivery across Mainland UK at the following rates:

• £10.99 standard delivery for orders containing 1–12 bottles
• £5.00 for each additional case delivered to the same address

UK Highlands & Islands

Standard delivery to the UK Highlands & Islands is:

• £20 per 12 bottle case

For larger orders, specialist deliveries, or destinations outside the areas listed above, please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide a personalised quotation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Wine Quality Concerns

Wine is a natural product, and occasionally faults can occur. If you believe a bottle is corked or faulty, please retain the bottle and contents where possible and contact us directly so we can investigate and assist.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return unopened items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be:

• Unopened
• Undamaged
• In their original packaging

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
• Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected and approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days back to the original payment method.
