From the vineyards one can see the town of San Sebastian and understand the influence of the Atlantic Ocean on this vineyard site. The Ameztoi family has been making txakolina in Getaria for seven generations, utilizing the indigenous white Hondarribi Zuri and red Hondarribi Beltza grapes to craft light, crisp wine bottled with residual carbon to give it its signature natural spritz. This spritz makes Ameztoi Txakolina an ideal wine to pair with seafood or the local favorite: tapas (pinchas)

Aroma reminiscent of green apples and grapes, with a minty note.
On the palate it is dry, harmonious and aromaticwith a light fizz.

Food Pairing : All kinds of Seafood and Fish. Excellent with Oysters, Sushi
or Tempura.
Should be consumed young and fresh. Serve chilled.
