Grapes: Nero di Troia
The grapes are selected during the harvest and picked by hand. After the pressing process the wine is then aged in 25 and 50 hl tanks for 8 10 months.
Aroma of ripe, red fruits and violets, with a spicy note of liquorice.
An elegant and rich with ripe tannin and fruity finish.
Ideal for first courses and grilled red meat.
