This traditional oil is produced from cold pressing of whole Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola olives, combined in a blend.
Aromas of green cape gooseberry, green and ripe tomato, white peppercorns, sweet basil and celery. Tastes of tomato, bitter greens, rocket and raw globe artichoke and nuts on the finish. A late taste of green peas. Balanced, complex and harmonious.
