Pacherenc is one of the little known gems of Gascony.
A rich aroma of preserved citrus fruit. Flavours of dried fruits, apricots and honey underscored with refreshing acidity.
As a lighter, fresher style of sweet wine, it makes a great match for fresh fruit puddings, blue cheese or foie gras, a speciality of the region.
Serve chilled at 8 – 10C
