Little Beauty Black Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2014
A complex, rich alternative style of Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented with 100% ‘wild’ yeast in older barrels. A partial malolactic fermentation softens the trademark acidity of this variety and produces a creamy, complex, mellow Sauvignon Blanc which will continue to develop gracefully in bottle.
