Klet Brda Rebula, Goriška Brda, Slovenia
Grapes: 100% Rebula (Ribolla Gialla)
Rebula is the Slovenian name for that classic northern Italian grape, Ribolla Gialla.
Fresh apple & meadow-flower aromas. Crisp, youthful, with apple, green melon and saline notes. Very food friendly. Great with summer salads, fish, pasta in vegetable sauce and spring risotto.

Lyrarakis Vidiano, Crete, Greece
Grapes: 100% Vidiano
Certified Organic. Vidiano (grape) is considered as an emerging star of the wines of Crete.
Aromas of sweet stone fruit and blooming herbs with hints of citrus. The mouthfeel is velvet and full of texture with a strong presence of creamy fruit and mineral notes in the after taste.
Try with seafood, meat in creamy sauces and Mediterranean dishes with vegetables. Serve at 10-12°C.

Terre d’Aione Greco di Tufo, Campania, Italy
Grapes: 100% Greco di Tufo
One of the finest whites and denominations of southern Italy. 25-year-old vines. 3 months lees ageing (adding richness & complexity). 500-550 metres above sea level. Reveals varietally pure aromas of white fruit, pear, citrus and crushed stone or mineral. Medium to full bodied. Complex and elegant. Perfect with sushi, soup, grilled fish, semi-matured cheese, bufalo mozzarella & white meat dishes.

Grapes: 100% Assyrtiko
Aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruit with herbal and chalky notes. The mouthfeel is rich and crisp with a salty freshness and a mineral aftertaste. Food Pairing: Pork with celery, fish and shellfish.

Cantine Colosi Grillo, Sicily, Italy
Grapes: 100% Grillo
A wine that perfectly tells what Sicily is, with the scents of earth burned by the sun and invigorated by the wind: salt, citrus and aromatic herbs, dried straw and hawthorn. This wine is an explosion of flavours, thanks to the bond among freshness, minerality and smoothness. Fragrances of white and tropical fruit prevail. Harmonious, fresh and elegantly soft. Perfect with seafood, shellfish, pasta and delicate cheeses.

Cantine Colosi Nerello Mascalese, Sicily, Italy
Grapes: 100% Nerello Mascalese
One of the oldest and most typical native grapes of Sicily. This red wine has elegant and velvety tannins with a good acidity, minerality and persistence. With an intense and fruity aroma with hints of cherry, blackberry and sour cherries followed by sensations of tobacco, carob and vanilla.
Excellent with red meats, elaborate sauces, pasta dishes and aged cheeses.
Elsa Bianchi Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
Grapes: 100% Malbec
Intense, aromatic fruit-forward expression with ripe red fruit & notes of violets, accompanied by a subtle minerality. Juicy palate, round & soft tannins, balanced acidity, & medium structure. From the high altitude Bianchi family vineyards (Finca Doña Elsa & Finca Asti) as well as from associated producers in San Rafael, Mendoza.
Lyrarakis Red, Crete, Greece
Grapes 89% Syrah, 11% Kotsifali
Unique blend of the native Kotsifali & Syrah. Hand harvested. Partly aged in barrel for 12 months.
A thick, dark red wine with a long ageing potential, vinified by combining indigenous and international grape varieties, which have perfectly acclimatised on Crete. Elegance and power.

Terre d’Aione Aglianico, Campania, Italy
Grapes: 100% Aglianico
From the Carpineto family of Avellino; making wines for 6 generations.
15 year old vines. 500 plus metres above sea level. 12 months ageing before bottling.
Aglianico is known for producing wines with great structure, complex aromatic profile etc. Notes of ripe cherries/plums, spices, tobacco, chocolate & undergrowth. Full body, dense texture but a lively acidity adds freshness & overall balance. Ideal with red meat & hard cheeses.

San Rafael Oasis Sur Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
Grapes: 100% Malbec
Great colour intensity and elegant violet hues. In the nose, this wine stands out for its fruit-forward aromas, reminiscent of fresh plums, blackberries, and figs. Its tannins are soft and round in the mouth, with remarkable unctuosity. It has a harmonious, lingering, and fruity finish.

Cantine Colosi Nero d’Avola, Campania, Italy
Grapes: 100% Nero d’Avola
“An ancient grape variety for a modern wine”
The Nero d’Avola (also known as Calabrese) is the most representative red wine grape varietal in Sicily. Dark- red wine, vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel in order to maintain unaltered the characteristics of this grape. On the nose is particularly fruity with scents of sour cherry, prunes and blackberries with more complex aroma of black pepper, black olives and ink. Soft and round on the palate.
It’s perfect with traditional Mediterranean dishes, Timballi and dishes with spicy flavour.
