Description

An elegant and fresh bouquet ofblackcurrant & blackberry followed by a wonderfully generous palate and notes of dark fruit and sweet spices. Dominated by the Tannat ,with a little cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon.
Hand harvested! During vinification, a special attention is given to make the natural sturdy tannins as soft as possible.

Glorious with any red meat dish.
