Description

Viré and Clessé are two villages of the Southern Burgundy. The vines producing this Viré-Clessé are cultivated in the respect of nature and environment using organic methods. Pruning cane, regular ploughing and manual grape harvests.
The vineyard of more than 55 years of age is planted in Chardonnay on a rich clay and chalk soil.

This Viré-Clessé is a wine with a clear and brilliant colour. Its nose has an immediate and pleasant bouquet of honeysuckle and broom, together with notes of verbena and mint. Very well balanced, it reflects the typicity of its terroir, fresh, round and mineral.
