Lamblin Petit Chablis 2019
Fine and intense nose with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn,
acacia) and citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral bachkground (flint,
gunflint). And also peach and white fruits. Balanced, lively and light on the palate
with a good attack that continues with a pleasant roundness.
2018 tasting notes from Clément, Lamblin winemaker
“Intense and deep colour that reflects the pretty 2018 maturities. The nose is already very open with floral notes. In the mouth, floral aromas blend with white fruits: apple, pear. A beautiful acidic structure that gives it a perfect balance.”
Food & wine pairing – Seafood, oysters, fish and white meats.
