Organic viticulture.
The wine is aged in 2nd fill 225l French oak barriques for 12 months.
Deep red color. Elegant nose of berries and plums, together with muldberry, pine and hints of clove.
On the palate wild berries with a final of undergrowth, cocoa and coffee. Soft and round, with a good freshness.
Try with grilled fillet steak
