A selection of fortified wine
1 bottle each of:

Barbadillo Manzanilla
Pale yellow with green notes, this bone dry sherry offers bready aromas of yeast, and a touch of salt. Smooth and balanced on the palate, with flavours of almonds, toasted brioche and a pleasant finish with a salty tang. Serve with a variety of tapas dishes: Seafood, olives, and cured meats.

Barbadillo Pedro Ximénez
Pedro Ximénez wine is obtained from grapes of the same name which undergo a traditional process known as ‘sunning’, whereby the fruit turns to raisins. A beautiful mahogany colour & aromas reminiscent of plums, raisins & chocolate against a background of oak. Velvety & syrupy on the palate with an appealing raisin & spice character, & a long finish. A gorgeous rich dessert Sherry. Perfect poured over vanilla ice cream with a glass on the side!

Dona Matilde Ruby Port
From an award-winning family owned estate. Aromas of luscious red fruits with robust, generous rich fruity flavours.

Grahams 10 Y.O. Tawny Port
After a decade of care and slow oak-maturation this wine is a wonderful example of the complex flavours of Tawny Port. Complex nutty aromas, combined with hints of honey and figs. Rich, mature fruit flavours; beautifully mellowed; with a luscious, long finish.
“91/100. The wine is rich, ripe and fruity with good acidity as well as a bite of spirit and old-wood aging. It is well balanced, keeping the freshness of a 10-Year-Old while also showing good signs of its wood aging. Just what a 10-Year-Old should be.” (Wine Enthusiast)

Blandy’s Malmsey 10 Year Old Madeira (50cl)
Clear, dark golden brown with green tinges at the rim. Complex and intense nose revealing a bouquet of wood, dried fruits, toffee and spices. Sweet, fresh and smooth with length, full bodied with lingering, smoky characteristics and extremely well balanced acidity. Blandy’s 10 year old Malmsey is fined and does not require decanting. It is a superb accompaniment to dessert dishes, especially fruit, cakes, rich chocolate puddings and cheeses. It has been bottled when ready for drinking and will keep for several months after opening.

Jules Gautret has been producing fine Pineau since the company was established in 1847.
Jules Gautret white Pineau des Charentes is a sweet white fortified wine aged in Limousin oak barrels. Powerful and well-balanced, it is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, but is also excellent with desserts.
