Obtained in the 20 ha of oliveyard of the Fattoria.

Olives: 80% Frantoio, 15% Moraiolo, 2% Leccino, 3%, Pendolino

A high quality Olive Oil with a yellow-gold colour, with clear green reflections. Intense and very fruity perfume (just-picked olive). The flavour is intense and very well structured, gaining grace and softness after a few months.

Serve with quality bread/sourdough, salads and fish.
