Situated at the mid-point of the sloping vineyards of Saint Amour. The traditional vinification period lasts over 12 days and the use of a weighted grill (called “gridding”) keeps the “crust” submerged in the fermenting juice to better extract the tannins.
Well structured, full of character with a bouquet of spices, peaches & blueberries. Medium bodied.
