Description
50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre.
40 year old vines. Aged in oak cask for 15 months. The wine can be kept between 7 and 10 years.
An elegant and complex wine with wild herb aromas and very ripe black fruit dominating.
Domaine de Cristia is run by brother & sister Dominique and Baptiste who were dubbed the ‘new superstars of Chateauneuf-du-Pape’ by the Wine Advocate. We rather think so too!
