Hunter’s Miru Miru Rosé NV, Marlborough, New Zealand
Blended from Pinot Noir 55%, Chardonnay 42%, and Pinot Meunier 3%, this traditionally bottle fermented wine is stored on lees for 18 months. Wonderfully blush pink colour. Aromas of subtle strawberry and raspberry with a touch of fresh brioche. The palate is refined with freshness and balanced acidity.

White
Zöhrer Sand 1 Grüner Veltliner, Kremstal, Austria
A beautiful example of Grüner Veltliner…expressive with aromas of apple, peach, lime zest & white flowers. These characteristics shine through on the palate with a hint of white pepper complementing the fruit…very well balanced dry wine with refreshing acidity & excellent length. A must try! Pair with fish, shellfish or dishes with a hint of spice.

Loron La Crochette Macon Villages, Burgundy, France
100% Chardonnay. This Mâcon Villages grows on clay and limestone soils in the South of Burgundy. Winemaking in stainless steel vats with a maximum extraction of fruity and floral flavours. Aged on fine lees. Gold colour with green hints, the nose reveals fruity and floral aromas such as acacia, citrus and quince.
Food Suggestions:  Lasagna zucchini-goat, duo of wild and smoked salmon, cheese

Red
Rioja Vega Reserva, Rioja, Spain
85% Tempranillo 10% Graciano 5% Mazuelo. Aged for 2 years in oak plus a year in bottle. Notes of vanilla, smoke, strawberry, plum/mulberry. Medium to full bodied. Complex, elegant, great balance & length. “GOLD medal winner” (Drinks Business 2022)

La Linda Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
100% Malbec. From a much awarded family winery founded in Mendoza in 1901.
