The Ried (single vineyard, cru) Kremser Weinzierlberg is one of the oldest of the Krems Valley. An noble and elegant wine with fine aromas and fruit nuances of mandarin and apricot, a classic Veltliner with pear finish, Long storage potential. Pair with light meat, all sorts of fish and seafood as well as asparagus dishes.
DELHEIM ESTATE CHARDONNAY SUR LIE, Stellenbosch, South Africa
Hand-picked & whole bunch pressed. Fermented in French oak barrels, a combination of 500l and 225l – 15% new wood. Wine left on its lees for nine months. Citrus and stone fruit on the nose and subtle oak spice. Well balanced with a medium bodied structure with the creamy notes from the oak not overpowering the elegant fruit ending on a fresh acidity note. South Africa’s answer to classic white Burgundy. GOLD MEDAL WINNER (Mundus Vini) Owned by the Lafaye family. Situated near the village of Saint Pey d’Armens, this 12 Hectare vineyard plot has mature 35-40 year old vines. Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel & aged in French oak this Grand Cru displays exotic plum & ripe blackberry fruit. Sweet juicy tannins, spicy cinnamon, cedar oak & a lively acidity complete the picture.

Grapes: Garnacha 50%, Syrah 25%, Merlot 25%.
From our vineyard in Salanques, Priorat, Catalonia! Notes of raspberry, dark cherry, currant, plum & cracked pepper. Hint of minerality and toast on the finish. Aged in new & old French barriques. Drinking perfectly now with the capacity for 5 plus years ageing. Outstanding with beef.
